The policy of Anasazi Animal Clinic, Inc. is to provide an estimate of charges for any case where in-hospital treatment, surgery or hospitalization will be provided. Please feel free to discuss any fees prior to services rendered.
We guarantee never to exceed any treatment plan estimate without your approval and discussion.
All charges are due and payable at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, ATM/Debit Card, CareCredit, Citi Health Credit Card and Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI).
